In this game you are going to manipulate a literal piece of meat, consequently, you should have expected no extraordinary abilities from it. However, this meat cube has something to show off. Slide around the terrains with incredible speed and even climb up the walls! Tiny size gives you great mobility and lots of variants to overcome the obstacles.

Make sure that you guide the Meat Boy firmly, as his speed may play a low-down trick on you! He is moving quickly, but so do the saws and other perilous machines. Stop when it is needed to not stumble on anything sharp, or you will have to start from the very beginning of the level!

The more mistakes you make in Super Meat Boy, the less your rating will be at the end of the track. The speed influences the result as well, so make an attempt to beat a record and get to the finish like lightning! Getting a high ranking will unlock secret dark locations which will make you question your talents.

The levels will be getting progressively more sophisticated and it is worth practising long jumps and climbing. Push off the opposite walls to ascend and reach higher platforms. This will be your main technique for the rest of the game. Though, be careful not to fly directly on a flying missile in the process!

Bandage Girl is in danger and you are here to rescue her whatever it takes! Meet a nasty villain, Dr. Fetus, who is always taking the girl right from under your nose. He will face the consequences of all his crimes once and for all, but only if you can reach him.

Pass a wide variety of terrains, starting from colourful and relatively calm forest to the factories brimming with dangerous mechanisms that can grind and turn you into minced meat.

Check out the special levels of the game as well! They will dilute the common locations with a bit of unusual riddles and backgrounds. And don’t forget about the boss fights, as Dr. Fetus brought some friends with him!

Moreover, if you are agile enough, take a look at the dark versions of the chapters you have already completed. The absence of the bosses is compensated by the unbelievable difficulty. And while you are trying to arrive at Bandage Girl and survive at the same time, let the energetic beats encourage you. If you are in hell then the challenges have to be hellish respectively!
